Nick is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor and dealmaker with 17 years of experience in venture capital, corporate finance, corporate development and global business. He has worked across various industries, including financial services, digital assets, AI, energy, mining and infrastructure, and has held roles as a founder, advisor, director, executive and active investor. Nick has a successful track record in corporate development, venture capital, corporate finance, capital markets and M&A, and is recognized as a calculated risk-taker and leader in the Canadian capital markets. He has served in executive or advisory roles for various companies, including Fortune Minerals (TSX: FT), Sun Life Financial (TSX: SLF), Veritas Pharma (CSE: VRT) and BlocPal International, and currently acts as the Managing Director of Intellectual Capital, director of Nova Lithium (CSE: NVLI), as well as a director of several private companies, including Stronico Resources and Stamatis Ventures.

Richard is a valuation and assurance professional with more than 40 years of experience working in industry. He has been doing valuation work for the last thirty-years. He has conducted valuation assignments across various market sectors: resource, high technology, media & entertainment, health sciences, and cannabis/medical. Richard has worked on over 10,000 corporate projects. He has done valuation and financial advisory work with more than 6,000 clients in the last thirty years. As head of the JV with Stamatis, Richard manages the provision of assurance and advisory services. Richard specializes in valuations, fairness opinions, PPA, goodwill impairment, business plans, and operating plans. He has ten years of operational and management experience in the technology sector. He has served as a Board Member for a select number of public and private firms. Richard is the Founder and Principal of RWE Growth Partners, Inc.
